Here's one of the Servants in CoTB, Saber.
True Name: Wilhelmina "Mina" Harker (Maiden Name: Murray)
Origin: Bram Stoker's Dracula (England)
Alignment: Neutral Good
Noble Phantasm: End of the Nosferatu-Mina gets a boost in stamina against vampires or creatures like vampires such as Gorgons, succubi, and incubi. She moves swiftly and silently, trapping her opponent in a circle made by a rosary and allowing her to stake them. To a non-vampire-like opponent, she is given enough speed and strength to attempt to mortally wound them.

Saber first appears with amnesia with no knowledge except how to use a sword, that she is a Saber, the mechanisms of the Holy Grail War, and that she despises vampires, this Saber is Mina Harker of Dracula fame. In her mortal life, she was a clever school teacher who was a victim and a catalyst in the demise of the vampire, Dracula. Her best friend Lucy was drained of blood by the vampire and turned into a vampire herself, and Mina herself was almost transformed into one when her then-fiancee Jonathan and the others avenging Lucy insisted she stay behind. However, she devised several plans on how to defeat Dracula once and for all and to stop her transformation into a vampire. After the encounter, she and Jonathan raised a son named after the American who gave his life to help them, and the couple began travelling the world to try to prevent other vampire killings until their deaths of old age. In this current Holy Grail War, she was contracted with Rohan Kishibe, who had accidentally summoned her when he was trying to do research for a story. The mention of a Jonathan (a Master in the War) awakens her memories. She develops feelings for her Master due to his intelligence, but despite participating in Mana Transfer kisses with her, he doesn't return her feelings.
